If your Scooter has a headrest on the seat then you can use this cylinder bag. If you don't have a headrest on your seat it will be difficult to attach this carrier to a Scooter seat.
Although the carrying bag has multiple straps for attaching, it is best when the Scooter seat includes a headrest.
