An ACDelco GM Original Equipment Oxygen (O2) Sensor is a GM-recommended replacement for your vehicle’s original component, and is a special feedback sensor on your vehicle’s exhaust system. This sensor measures the proportion of oxygen in the exhaust gases. Using this measurement, the engine management computer can adjust the air/fuel ratio near the optimum value of 14.7:1. At this ratio, engine performance, emissions, and fuel economy are all optimized. I have a 1996 2 door tahoe that had a check engine light with the code PO155. This code is a heat circuit code for your 02 sensor on bank 2 sensor 1. I replaced this sensor and it fixed the problem and cleared the check engine light. The sensor is good quality and like OEM. Fit just like stock. Installation was smooth as well. You'll just need a 22mm wrench. Plug unclips and it comes with new plastic fastner to clip into bracket. Worth every penny. The 105 sensor is for bank 1 and 2, sensor 1 on both driver and passenger side before the cat. The 106 sensor is for the 2 sensors after the cat on both driver and passenger sides. When I change these 105 sensors, I always do both sides at the same time on banks 1 and 2, sensor 1 on both sides before the cat.
